Dispute Resolution Policy

1. 5-Day Candidate Grace Protocol

To maintain fairness and transparency, all newly filed conduct entries are held in a draft state for exactly 5 days before publishing to the registry.

2. Response Submission

Employees can submit a response directly from their portal — resignation acceptance, hardware return receipts, or settlement documentation — to contest a hold before it publishes.

3. Compliance Review

Unresolved disputes are routed to the Compliance and Support portals, which review submissions and issue a final determination.
