1. Acceptable Service Use

By registering an account inside CheckBokx, corporate entities agree to submit only verified, truthful, and documented conduct entries. Filing false reports is grounds for immediate account suspension.

2. Authorized Access

Access to candidate records is strictly limited to authorized HR users and admin operators created through the platform. Credential sharing is prohibited.

3. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify CheckBokx against any operational liabilities arising from errors or missing information in their submitted records.
