HR users

Your employer admin can issue you a new temporary password from HR Users in the employer workspace.

Employer admins

Ask CheckBokx support to reset the admin login for your company. We verify the request against your registered contact details before resetting.

Vendor & internal staff

Platform administrators reset vendor and internal accounts from System Users, and hand the temporary password over directly.
